Do I have to pay for YouCoins?
No. You earn YouCoins by playing, watching, shopping and checking in. You don’t buy them, and contests need no purchase.
What can I spend YouCoins on?
Tickets, merch and experiences at your team’s real stadium. You can also use YouCoins to enter contests.
How do check-ins work?
Check in when you are at a sponsor’s store or another partner spot, like a campus library. Your location is only used to confirm you are there. Check-ins are spaced out, so you can’t check in again right away.
Why did I stop earning from games?
YouCoins from in-app play have a daily limit. Checking in and uploading receipts are how you earn more.
Who can enter contests?
Anyone aged 12 or older with a YouTopia Sports account, except YouTopia employees and their immediate families. Winners are drawn at random and notified in the app or by email.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time from the app. Your personal data is deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.
